30-Day Return & Refund Warranty

We offer a 30-day return & refund warranty to provide you with peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

All returns must be authorized via our Support Centre before shipping.
Products must be in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and cables included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Certain costs, including shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Custom Firmware Licenses – All firmware sales are final, as each firmware is uniquely created, DNA-locked, and permanently bound to a single user’s DMA card. It cannot be transferred, resold, or reused on another device.
Downloadable Digital Products – Any software, guides, or digital files provided as part of a purchase are non-refundable once delivered.
Used or Damaged Items – Items returned in damaged, modified, or incomplete condition are not eligible for refunds.

If your item is defective due to a hardware failure, please refer to our 1-Year Warranty Policy below.


1-Year Hardware Warranty

All DMA hardware purchased from DMACards.pro is covered by a 1-year warranty against hardware defects.

✅ If your product fails due to a hardware malfunction, we will replace it free of charge.
✅ If the failure is determined to be caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications, the warranty is void.
Damage caused by incorrect flashing or improper firmware installation is not covered under warranty. If a DMA card is bricked or rendered unusable due to incorrect usage during flashing, the warranty is void.

To claim a warranty replacement, contact our Support Centre with details of the issue.


Refund Process & Deductions

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is approved and processed.
  • Shipping fees and transaction costs are non-refundable.
  • Up to 90% of the order total may be refunded, depending on the condition of the returned product.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you would like to initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact our Support Centre and provide your order number and reason for the return.
2️⃣ Wait for approval before sending back the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.
